Shipping policy

Shipping

We aim to have your order on its way within two to three business days. Orders placed after 5pm are processed the following business day, and we don't process orders over the weekend or on holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Delivery takes seven to fifteen business days depending on your destination, and shipping is complimentary on every order, no minimum required.

Duties & Taxes

Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with your local requirements.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delays

While we work with trusted carriers, we're not able to take responsibility for delays caused by weather or matters outside their control, or for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this happens, please reach out to us at info@bymizura.com with your order number and, if possible, photos, and we'll help however we can.
